Debbie Gilbert is the Agency Owner of Innovative Insurance Solutions. Debbie has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years and as President, her agency concept is to be client focused, professional, and to always have a good personal attitude. Debbie has always been a customer service driven agent putting her clients’ needs first. She is a hard worker and continues to learn new ways to be a great business owner, agent, and leader by staying involved with local organizations. She is active in local Grapevine affiliations and is an active member of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. She is also an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and holds the board position on the Legislative council for the Texas Association. She is certified with AHIP for Medicare and with the Heathcare.gov Marketplace to assist as many individuals as possible. She is credited with the Texas Association of Health Underwriters Small Group Certification and the National Association Consumer Driven Health Care Certification. Her passion for the industry is apparent to each and every person she meets. Debbie is also extremely athletic and spends her time outside of the office doing CrossFit and spending time with her family. She has said her favorite thing about her job is “helping people understand how important insurance is, giving them peace of mind, and servicing their insurance needs.”

Justin Ely has spent 4 years working in the health insurance industry strictly with Medicare insurance. During that time, worked with most of the national carriers selling their plans. Now he is trying his hand at the administrative side of insurance instead of sales.

Justin likes to spend his time playing games with his wife and two children. He is also an avid reader and is always up for learning something new.

Jessica Clouse is our part time account representative who completes the eligibility and data administration in the office. She has spent most of her career focusing on children and education. She is looking forward to starting a new chapter and getting involved in the insurance industry here at Innovative Insurance Solutions by learning and helping as much as she can! In her downtime, she enjoys video games and hanging out with her family. She has three cats which she adores and one is 18 years old. His name is Woog.
