Meet Debbie Gilbert

Agency Owner/Innovative Insurance Solutions

With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Debbie Gilbert brings knowledge, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate their insurance needs.

As the owner of Innovative Insurance Solutions, Debbie’s philosophy is simple: put client first.  She believes in providing professional, personalized service while always maintaining a positive, approachable attitude. Her goal is to make insurance easier to understand and give every client confidence that they have the right coverage for their individual needs.

Debbie is actively involved with the National Benefits of Insurance Professionals (NABIP) and serves on the legislative board with the Dallas association.  She holds certifications in Medicare, Healthcare.gov, and Consumer Driven Health Care, allowing her to assist individuals, families, and businesses with a wide range of health insurance needs.

Outside of the office, Debbie enjoys Crossfit, staying active, and spending time with her five grandchildren.  She also enjoys to travel and do outdoor activities.

At Innovative Insurance Solutions,  Debbie believes insurance should be more than a policy- it should come with a knowledgeable professional who knows you, understands your needs, and is there to help.

Justin Ely brings several years of experience in the health insurance industry, with a background spanning Medicare, group medical, and ancillary insurance. He began his career specializing in Medicare insurance, working with many of the nation’s leading carriers and developing a strong understanding of Medicare products, plans, and the needs of individuals and families.

Over the past several years, Justin has expanded his knowledge into the group insurance market, gaining valuable experience with group medical and ancillary benefits. This broader perspective has given him a well-rounded understanding of both individual and employer-sponsored insurance, as well as the administrative processes that support them.

Justin enjoys bringing his industry knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to learn to his work. He is always looking for opportunities to expand his understanding of the insurance industry and find better ways to serve clients and support his team.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, especially playing games together. He is also an avid reader and lifelong learner who enjoys exploring new ideas, developing new skills, and always finding something new to learn.

Jessica Clouse is our part time account representative who completes the eligibility and data administration in the office. She has spent most of her career focusing on children and education. She is looking forward to starting a new chapter and getting involved in the insurance industry here at Innovative Insurance Solutions by learning and helping as much as she can! In her downtime, she enjoys video games and hanging out with her family. She has three cats which she adores and one is 18 years old. His name is Woog.
